Data Conversion:
An ever increasing part of our services is that relating to the conversion of data from other systems into AlphaLAW™ format. No other supplier has greater experience in the conversion and transfer of data between two systems. To date we have converted accounting, client and matter details and time records from the following systems, together with several bespoke systems, into AlphaLAW™. Splits and Mergers:
It is a common occurrence, due to the nature of the legal profession, that firms may split or merge with other firms. If a firm is splitting we can separate one set of AlphaLAW™ accounts into two or more sets that will relate to the new firms. This saves each new firm considerable time and money in having to start afresh by opening up a new set of accounts.
If a firm is merging with another we can convert and merge the two sets of accounts into one consolidated set of accounts, again saving considerable cost and time.
